1. Dr. Arijit Dutta - C.E.O.
He is a seasoned
professional who has gained significant experience while
working for multinationals in India and overseas. He has
covered more than ten industry verticals during his
career with leading corporate spanning over twenty four
years. His forte lies in challenging areas like :
turn-around, start-up, M&A and post acquisition
integration, corporate restructuring, international
joint ventures, strategic planning & repositioning,
identification of strategic partner, PE funding , debt
funds mobilization , cost reduction and benchmarking
etc. Arijit Dutta is a rank holder MBA and a Ph.D in
Corporate Finance. He is the operational head of TCG. |

2. Dr. Subrata Dey
Subrata, an MS and Ph.D from the University of Manchester, is an accomplished and a globally acclaimed top ICT professional. He has provided technology & business leadership, with a unique blend of technology, business and strategic decision making acumen. Being a proactive leader with excellent decision making and interpersonal skills, he has delivered critical projects in the telecom & IT domains across the globe. He worked across reputed telecom organizations in Australia, India and Europe, managing fixed and wireless networks - 3G/4G, Optical Fibre Networks - GPON FTTH. He is currently CEO of Matrix Ventures Asia Pacific Pty. Ltd., Australia. Subrata will support TCG’s international engagements in the technology and restructuring space.

3. CA Vishnu Bhalotia
Vishnu Bhalotia is a
brilliant Chartered Accountant (1987) and a Fellow
Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India. He is currently a citizen of Singapore and runs
his management consulting firm VMC Bridges. He has
served in the Board of Directors of many Indian
Companies (including listed company) and has been very
actively associated with a large number of international
commercial and professional bodies. Vishnu Bhalotia
would support TCG’s global initiatives. |
